Miley Cyrus is in talks to join an A-list group of celebrities banding together for a cover of R.E.M.'s "Everybody Hurts." Proceeds from the charity single, organized by Simon Cowell, will go towards Haiti earthquake relief.

said "It's amazing these great singers are clearing their schedules to make this happen," "It says such a lot that everyone is working so hard to help Haiti. This is something that really matters to us all, and I'm so grateful for the support we are getting."
Other artists confirmed for "Everybody Hurts" are Mariah Carey, Leona Lewis, and Mika.
